• Journal 3.2 is backwards compatible with existing Journal 3 projects - it works as is with all existing demos, but live demos have not yet been updated to 3.2. All demos will be updated to 3.2 once the beta ends, and we'll build a few more demos after that point.

• Color Schemes are a new variable type that uses existing color variables (now called Color Tokens).
• The new demos come with at least 4 predefined color schemes, but you can create more. Each scheme comes with a set of color utilities such as foreground and background shades, border, buttons, brand colors, etc.
• Each color option in the Journal is now given a color scheme auxiliary color, for example, a foreground element such as text or icon will receive "Foreground Primary" or "Foreground Secondary" or "Foreground Tertiary" etc., while elements that would normally use a background color will receive the corresponding "Background Primary", "Background Secondary" etc.
• Thanks to the color schemes assigned across the admin, it is very easy to switch entire sections to a different scheme by simply selecting it from the Color Scheme picker. The Color Scheme selector can be found in various places, such as entire rows, columns, headings, menus, specific individual modules. So if you want to make an entire row dark, simply apply the relevant Color Scheme to that row (provided that the individual color option uses the new color scheme mechanism).
• Introducing Text Styles.
• Text Styles is a new variable that uses the existing Font Family and Font Size variables. Setting Text Styles simplifies the design process and makes text more consistent.
• Text styles can be applied wherever Font options are available, a new selector is now available before Font Family. Text Style can be overridden in place by the Font Family and/or Font Size of any font option, and other text options can be protected from Text Style.

• Web Accessibility improvements in general.
• PHP 8 compatibility (for Opencart 3.0.3.7 and later, earlier Opencart versions already don't work with PHP 8).
• Google Fonts. Display option added and previous Async/Swap Fonts options removed.
• Icon Pack. All unused icons have been removed from the pack to make it take up much less space. If you need extra icons, follow our documentation on how to add them to the bundle.
